EQUIPMENT EXHIBITION

The ESREF2008 exhibition offers the opportunity to equipment manufacturers, material suppliers, service providers and other commercial actors to display their materials, have discussion and make contact with attendees.

The conference will be held in the Maastrisch expo and conference centre (MECC). The expo foyer is located near the auditorium and meeting rooms where the sessions will take place. The coffee breaks as well as the lunches will take place in the expo foyer directly near or mixed with the exhibition.

A cocktail will be organised on Tuesday evening in the exhibition area.

The last date to join the vendor exhibition is September 8th 2008. On this day the final floorplan will be made.


Below you will find a link to a dedicated registration tool for the attendees of the vendor expo. Please use this if you are the representative of a vendor for which the |ESREF participation is included in the fee, or when you only want to order lunch/conference diner. Those participants of the vendor expo that will attend the ESREF sessions, please use the regular registration tool.
