To benifit from the student fee
students must be accompanied by a university member, and provide copy of a current student card.
The conference fee includes:
one copy of the proceedings
attendence of the tutorials on monday 29-09-2008 as well as the tutorial notes
access to the conference rooms for the technical sessions and the workshop
access to the industrial exhibition area
Lunch on tueseday, wednesday and thurseday
Cocktail reception
One ticket to the conference banquet on wednesday 01-10-2008.
An additional ticket can be purchached for accompanying persons through the registration form or on site at the registration desk. If you need more than one additional ticket this is unfortuanately not possible with the on-line registration tool.
Please note that:
Registration fee can be payed by credit card (mastercard, visa or american express) or bank transfer. The fee must be paid prior to the conference.
For onsite registration we accept the same credit cards
Upon cancelation before September 1st 2008 we will refund the fee minus costs for administrative handling.
After September 1st no cancelations can be accepted. If the fee is not reimbursed due to late cancelation a copy of the proceedings will be mailed to you.
